Advantech's customer survey system comprises all-in-one computers that serve as system terminals and can be installed at key service locations, such as information, check-in, registration, and cashier counters. Using the terminal touchscreen, customers can indicate their level of satisfaction with the services provided and overall experience based on a 5-point scale. Surveys can also be customized to include multiple-choice questions that encourage customers to provide additional information. All collected information is available for immediate review and can be used for detailed service analysis and optimization.
